Once a customer has made a voucher purchase you have the ability to edit the following information attached to their booking and e-voucher:
The name of the voucher recipient.
The custom message on the voucher.
The expiry date of the voucher.
Purchaser email address.
Follow the steps below to edit this information on a customers' voucher:
Log into your Access Soda account, then click Transactions or Look Up Vouchers tab.
Locate the customers' booking, then select Edit.
Update the necessary information, then select Submit Changes.
Select Resend to send the customer an updated version of their e-voucher.
