Take off sale your current vouchers
You can take off sale your current vouchers by following the below steps:
From your Access Soda account, click Vouchers.
Click into a voucher which is under the On Sale tab.
Click Edit Details.
Update the status to Hidden.
Scroll down to On Sale Until and select yesterdays date.
Scroll down to click Submit.
Continue these steps across all vouchers which are currently on sale.
Check which vouchers are still redeemable
If the Access Soda vouchers are no longer able to be used going forward, you can see which recently purchased vouchers are still redeemable. This is useful to check if you need to get in touch with them or if they need to be refunded.
Click Transactions.
On the event date selecter, include the date range for dates which the vouchers are still redeemable.
If vouchers are valid for 12 months, search for the last 12 months.
Download the CSV.
Filter for transactions which are not redeemable and within the expiry date.
