Access Soda gives you the option to create product groups for your vouchers to sit within. Product groups are useful to categorise your vouchers, for example if you have multiple venues under one Access Soda brand.
🤓 Tip: The advantages of this feature are that you can break sales reports down by each product group, allowing you to view sales per group rather than for your brand as a whole.
You can also set the format of the widgets to be grouped together by each product group.
Create a new product group
Click the Product Groups tab on the left hand side banner.
Select +Add Product Group in the top left of the page.
Enter the Product Group details.
Click Submit.
Attach a voucher to a product group
New voucher creation
Click Vouchers in the left hand side banner, then +Add Voucher.
Select a product group from the drop down box.
Vouchers already created
Click Vouchers in the left hand side banner, then select the required voucher.
Click Edit Details.
Select a product group from the drop down box.
